Hi, I just wanted to reach out to say thank you for your podcast. My daughter was diagnosed with stage 3 Melanoma almost one year ago, right after her 14th birthday. She’s doing well after a couple of surgeries and has one more immunotherapy infusion in a series of 17. We live in Denver and she has been receiving care at Children’s Hospital Colorado. I’m wondering if you have any resources to share with me that might help direct some of my questions about how this diagnosis can relate to hormones. I’ve asked her doctors their general thoughts about if this could be related to hormones (I feel strongly that it is- but I’m not a doctor) and I haven’t really gotten any answers or information from them. We have been referred to genetic counseling and will complete that testing but I’m wondering who else we should be talking to besides the oncology team. I appreciate your knowledge but I’m so sorry for the way in which you had to become so informed about this topic. I think of your Claire often ♥️ Thank you, Amanda
